Getting to Baile Herculane

This year HCO base camp will be located at the county border between Caras-Severin and Mehedinti. You will have to drive through Baile Herculane, drive next to Prisaca lake all the way to the end and after 1 km you will reach 2016 HCO base camp.

By car
If you arrive from Timisoara, you can take E70 road to Orsova and 4 km after Mehadia,
when you reach Baile Heculane train station, turn left (you will cross a narrow bridge). Drive
forward another 3 km to reach Baile Heculane city center or 7 km to reach HCO parking lot.

By train
Take the train for Baile Herculane. From the train station one can take the taxi or the local
minibus for Baile Herculane city center.

By airplane
Take the plane to Timisoara Airport Traian Vuia. From Timisoara you can get to Baile
Herculane by car or by train.
